mansion only one block from the ocean on a very large secluded estate
in Malibu, California. It provides a marvelous atmosphere to create, plus
convenience, incredible acoustics, and the very latest equipment. The costs

The studio and living facility
are completely furnished and equipped with every luxury a magnificent
mansion can offer. The estate offers complete privacy with beautiful
ranch grounds, gardens, pool, spa, basketball, miles of trails, nearby
beaches; Pool Table, Foose Ball, offering relaxation when needed for
stress relief and artistic stimulation. Included is a staffed office
open 6 days, with service and maintenance personnel.

There are many fine restaurants
and take-out in the area, which make life very easy at reasonable cost.
Our low Base cost is almost "all inclusive", most find that they can
live here and use this facility without any significant additional costs.
We also offer, however, many additional ultra deluxe services such as:
full or partial catering, physical conditioning, personal trainers,
massage therapists, secretarial, special office services, and if needed
full recording support staffs etc. We are able to give our artists any
"Royal Treatment" they may so desire.
SPECTACULAR

This picturesque
estate is also excellent for Music Videos, Large Promotions, Gatherings,
Events, and "Wrap Parties." We have many different and interesting areas
and places to film (Incubus made one of their excellent videos here,
as well as many other videos, commercials, films and TV programs).

STUDIO B
An excellent facility for artists recording on a budget and looking for that famous and professional Morning View Studios vibe and sound. Many bands use Studio B simultaneously in conjunction with Studio A for faster production, vocals, mixing on the fly etc. Wonderful results when used for recording sound tracks for Movies, TV, Commercials and Games.
